Founded in 2003 by Kevin Wicks and Thomas Gilberti Jr., Gulf Coast Physical Therapy & Performance Center, Inc. quickly became one of the most successful Outpatient private practices in Sarasota.

Having over 20 years of experience each, Wicks and Gilberti bring their knowledge and experiences to the forefront of outpatient rehabilitation. This is also achieved from their relationships with the top doctors and surgeons in Sarasota.

Whether treating professional athletes or geriatric patients, Gulfcoast addresses and treats people of all ages.

In 2012, Gulfcoast added Occupational Therapy to the practice. They did this by bringing in one of the best certified hand therapists in Sarasota, Trena Schultz.This added a new discipline and service to the local community.

As we look now and into the future, Gulfcoast Physical Therapy and Performance Center, Inc. remains committed and determined to provide rehabilitation that will exceed ones expectations.

OUR FACILITY

Gulfcoast Physical Therapy and Performance Center Inc. is conveniently located on the southwest corner of Beneva and Clark Road in the Beneva Village Shops. Within the 1500 ft. clinic there are numerous treatment tables, two private treatment rooms, a rehabilitation area and a separate area for our occupational therapy/hand therapy and splint fabrication.
